What payment methods do you accept?

We offer payment via Klarna (invoice, partial payment, and direct payment), Swish, and card payment.

How do I place an order?

Choose your products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Which shipping company do you use?

We ship all packages with PostNord. You will receive a tracking number via email when the package has been dispatched.

What is the delivery time?

Normally 3–5 business days within Sweden.

Do you offer free shipping?

Please see our delivery policy for current shipping terms and any free shipping thresholds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been sent to the warehouse.

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order. The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.

How do I make a return?

Contact us via the contact page with your order number and we will assist you. Returns are handled via PostNord.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after an approved return. If you paid with Klarna, the refund will be handled directly by them.

What brands do you sell?

We sell premium training and lifestyle products from ICIW (I Can I Will), Rx Performance, Tyngre.

How do I choose the right size?

Are your shakers and water bottles BPA-free?

Yes, our plastic shakers and water bottles are BPA- and DEHP-free.

What is the difference between your water bottles?

We offer insulated stainless steel bottles (keeps warm for 12 hours / cold for 24 hours) in 500 ml and 720 ml, as well as a 2-liter water jug for training.
