Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We deliver within Sweden and it normally takes 2–5 business days after confirmed order.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over 599 SEK.

Can I track my order?
Yes! When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

How do I make a return?
You have a 30-day right of return. The item must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at info@oneathlete.se to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we have received and approved the return, to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
We handle exchanges by having you return the item and place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Swish, Klarna, and more. All payments are encrypted and secure.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via info@oneathlete.se. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been shipped.
